This year we are proudly working with Independent Music Academy to provide you with an awesome range of music designed to keep your feet moving.

The Bus Band consists of Andrew and Seamus with their good friend Ross Smith on drums. Andrew and Seamus founded cult Funk/Punk Brisband Taxi and met Ross during the creation of the Shenzo Gregoria Electric Stunt Orchestra.
You may have heard them on B105 where they helped the breakfast crew perform as Stavulous. They also featured in a segment on the breakfast show as The Musical Hijackers and have spent two years as The Bus Band during B105′s Christmas Appeals.
They also wrote and produced the music for “My First Time” the single which featured The Morning Crew and many B105 listeners and cracked the iTunes top 10!

Spacifix are an eclectic, energetic and entertaining five piece band whose fusion of reggae and funk has taken the local and international music scene by storm.
Originally from New Zealand, Spacifix started their careers seven years ago as a group of enthusiastic high school students, ranging in age from 13 to 18. After spending several years writing songs and building a fan base, the band moved on to reach many achievements including the release of their debut album “Much Love”, touring all over the world in places such as America, London, Holland and all around the Pacific Islands and earning the opportunity to open for several international acts including UB40, Shaggy and Christina Aguilera.
More recently, Spacifix have relocated to Brisbane and played a number of shows at venues locally and nationally, as well as festivals such as Woodford, Island Vibes and plenty more.
Energetic, funky, colourful and rather crazy, Spacifix are truly unique and exciting emerging artists! www.spacifix.com
