2010 Beneficiary

Applications to be The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bridge to Brisbane 2010 major beneficiary will be accepted from 1 January 2009 to 1 April 2009 inclusive.

To be eligible to apply to be the 2010 major beneficiary, an organisation must:

• Be a registered charitable organisation in Queensland
• Not have the likelihood of bringing Queensland Newspapers, Suncorp or the event into public disrepute
• Provide a minimum of 150 volunteers for the Event
• Provide two key staff to assist with the Event for the entire year
• Be prepared to circulate provided communication pieces to it database
• Be prepared to clarify all their existing sponsorships only to ensure there are no corporate conflicts
• Be prepared to supply details of how the funds are to be used

Your written application should include:

• Cover sheet with the charity's name, address, and contact person's details
• Evidence of being a registered charitable organisation in Queensland
• Details about the structure of the organisation, services provided, philosophies and ability to meet the above requirements
• Specific details of how the funds would be used
